What are your box office hours?

SERVICE-FEE- FREE tickets for Saint Andrew's Hall, The Shelter and The Fillmore Detroit can be purchased at the St. Andrew's box office.

Monday-Thursday 12pm- 5pm

Fridays 10am-5pm.

Saturday – Sunday – Closed

On show days, tickets can also be purchased 30 minutes prior to The Shelter door time, and 1 hour prior Saint Andrew's Hall door time.

Where do I park?

Parking is available on all four sides of the building or in the Greektown parking structure. All local parking lots are independently owned and operated.

Where is St. Andrew's Hall / The Shelter located?

St. Andrew's Hall is located at 431 East Congress Street between Beaubien and Brush streets in the Bricktown/Greektown area of downtown Detroit.

The Shelter is the lower level of St. Andrew's Hall. It is accessible from the rear of the building for Shelter events.


What amenities are available during a concert?

St. Andrew's Hall and The Shelter both have full service bars that feature dozens of liquor brands and over 80 brands of beer. The Shelter ( Lower level ) is open during most events and offers additional bars, restrooms, seating and food. Patrons who wish to take a break from the main ballroom event may go downstairs and listen to music, sit and relax. The Society Room is also open during most St. Andrew’s Hall shows and offers a private premium bar, private restrooms and balcony access. How do I purchase ADA seating?

Purchase a ticket via Ticketmaster at any price level either online or via phone. Upon arrival, please come to front doors and contact the St. Andrew's Hall door staff. They will assist you to our ADA section. Please call ahead if you require ramp access 313-961-8961.

What is the Fast Lane program?

The Fast Lane allows first entry after door time for concert-goers and may be purchased at the time of ticket purchase. There are a limited number of Fast Lane tickets available for each show. Advisable for General Admission events.

Is there an ATM at St. Andrew's Hall?

Yes, there are 2 ATMs located in the main lobby and the Shelter

What is your camera policy for concerts?

It depends on each individual artist or performer's policies. Usually, small point-and-shoot cameras and cell-phone cameras are allowed. Cameras with lenses on them are considered to be professional-length and are not allowed to be brought into the venue, unless artist has given prior approval to individual. Ushers will ask guests to leave such cameras in their cars. Audio or video recording is also almost never allowed at concerts unless otherwise noted.

What hotels are nearby?

There are several hotels very close to St. Andrew's Hall. 

Atheneum Suites Hotel 1000 Brush Avenue, Detroit (313) 962-2323 This is the best choice for a high end nearby hotel. The Atheneum is one block directly behind the venue.

Courtyard by Marriott 333 East Jefferson Avenue (313) 222-7700 Best mid-priced local hotel located one block away from the venue front door. Detroit Marriott at the Renaissance center 400 Renaissance Dr. (313) 568-8000 Best view of downtown Detroit and Windsor Ontario, The Detroit Marriott is located 2 blocks away from the venue and is the highest building in the city with spectacular views.

Also nearby are the Westin Book Cadillac hotel, Greektown casino hotel, Hilton Garden Inn, Holiday Inn Express and Motor City Casino hotel.

What are some nearby restaurants?

Sweetwater Tavern, located across the street with locally famous hot wings is open 7 days a week until 2am.

Jacoby's, located around the corner on Brush St., features German food and bar favorites.

The Detroiter on Beaubien has great bar food.

Greektown located 2 blocks behind the venue offers more than a dozen great traditional Greek and American restaurants.

Five Guys on Beaubien is 2 blocks behind the venue and is part of Greek Town casino. 

Fishbones 2 blocks away on Monroe St. offers Cajun, Sushi, full bar.

Pizza Papalis 2 blocks behind venue on Monroe has Chicago style deep dish pies and traditional round pizzas.

Is there a coat check at St. Andrew's Hall / The Shelter?

Coat check is available during winter months (October 1 - April 1)

Once I am inside the building for an event, am I allowed to leave and come back in?

No, There is no re-entry allowed

Can I smoke at St. Andrew's Hall / The Shelter?

Smoking is not allowed inside St. Andrew's Hall / The Shelter, however we do provide outdoor smoking sections for our patrons.
